Q: Pain in testicles and erectile dysfunction !

My boyfriend is suffereing, for severe pain in his testicles. Most of the time, he has problems with having a erection which is causing him grief. Even when he tries to take his mind off everything it still happens, we just don't know what it could be. It's also only in the past few hours that he has been suffering from this abnormal pain in his testicles. can anyone help?
