I'm a 32 year old who as far as I know am fit and healthy. My problem started about a week ago and is starting to worry me somewhat. I have been getting a sudden sharp pain in my left testicle a second or so before I ejaculate. It happens everytime and as soon as I cum the pain is gone. Also lately I have had aching around my balls during the day and especially at night if I am sitting down. I can't feel any lumps and have no blood in my semen, I don't know what the problem is and any help or advice would be welcomed
