It doesn't always happen, but sometime after I masturbate I will have a severe pain in my tailbone area. It only last like 5-10 minutes then just goes away. It typically happens more often at night, and when I'm laying on my back as opposed to sitting up or something. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
