Hi im 37 female. no kids. i have ben having pain under my right rib cage. also feels like both sides of stomcahe are tight and cramped when its at its worst. i had ct and ultrasound. said i have fatty liver and high cholestero. 223. i have lost 26 pounds over last 8 weeks. wheich is good cause i needed to loose 40 . i have been trying hard to lose the weight. i quit drinking . the pain is still there and i have requested a upper gi and a h pylori blood test in the next week. they said my gallbladder looked fine and also my spleen looked fine. i dont know why im in pain and the last week i have been very tired. my liver enzmes are slighty elevated also. could i have mono or would that have shown up on blood tests? what could be causeing my stomache to cramp and feel bloated and gassy. and pain on right side mainly but left side periodically. also have had constipation off and on for weeks. its better casue i eat right and take fiber pill. but still feels like im straining. any ideas? could it be ibs? ps. also haveing a fibroid ultrasound at gyno next wed. could that be the cause
