So for about 2-4 days I had throat pain only in the evening, when I went to bed and woke up in the morning all was fine until the next evening.

Then it stopped and all was fine for 3 days, but now I have a weird throat pain under my right tonsil.

My right tonsil has a white spot on it, I tried to remove it with a toothpick, but its like a small rock.

It doesnt hurt when I swallow but sometimes it hurts a bit under my right tonsil and like in my upper right chest part, kinda like if food was stuck.(It hurts kind of alot when I burp or when there is some "reflux" in my throat)

I don't know what this is, I hope it'll get better.
If it doesn't get better, I'll go to the hospital(Im sick of going there)

What do you people think I have??

First of all, never ever stick anything down the back of your throat. You could either damage something or what if you lost hold and choked on it?

It might just be a minor throat infection or it could be strep too. You don't need a trip to the hospital, but maybe a visit to a GP is in order.

I agree, never try and remedy anything yourself, especially sticking some pointy stick in your throat and especially with something you arent even sure of its origin. Ive heard white spots on tonsils can signal tonsilitis, see your doctor and get a true diagnosis and treatment coarse.
