I had my gallbladder removed about 2 years ago and i still have cramping pain in the same area. it feels like it is under my right rib cage and sometimes it radiates around to my side. i have heard that it is because scar tissue forms inside and tends to rub on the diaphragm. i have been checked out to the fullest with sonograms etc. and they found nothing. the dr. prescribed muscle relaxers and the pain got better and finally subsided. after i quit taking them it came back. it really bothers me all the time and causes some anxiety cause i always think it is my liver. thanks for your help.
