Hi, I'm almost 19 and I have this "swelling pain" in the top of my penis shaft(just below the head) if I get a second erection after I have masturbated, is that normal? (that's if the second erection occurs within about 30 minutes to 40 minutes after the first one).

and most of the times, the end of my penis shaft would also hurt when i get an erection; I don't know how to explain it but it feels like that some portion of my penis shaft are inside of my body and it's blocked by my pubic bone while my penis is to trying to rise up.I think that is the reason why i can only get a 90 degree erection, or am I wrong?

I appricate any feedback. Thanks

a 90 degree erection (meaning it points out straight) is perfectly normal. You might have blockages in the veins, maybe? I would definitely consult your doc. about it... i know it might seem embarrassing, but it'll be totally worth it, especially if he can fix it!!
