The same thing has been happening to me for the past 3 cycles. dull achy pain in the lower left ovary. i was 3 days late for AF but then it came and lasted 1 day only. but neg preg tests. however this time i am still crampy and feeling that pain so my dr is sending me tomorrow for a ultrasound to look for a cyst. sounds like you may have that too.
