Please Help. I have been in pain for over 2 month now.I'm 32 years old, eat healthy, regularly exercise, and am Not under extreme stress.
It all started with pain to my upper, right abdominal area. This pain sometimes travels to my back, shoulder, and even under my right armpit when very intense...sometimes even to other places in my abdomen but not often. Pain is always worse during night,in the morning or when I lay down. It can last from minutes to days.
No acid reflex,no bloating,no blood in the stool and no parasites(I know this through labs). I have severe constipation. No particular foods seem to aggravate pain but naturally I try to avoid fatty foods, red meat, bread and raw veggies. I have lost about 20 lbs.in two months due to the change in my diet but am still eating a bland diet.
I have had blood work, stool lab work, cat scans, x-rays, ultra-sounds, colonoscopy, endoscopy and everything is "Normal" GI dr. ruled out colitis, ulcers, polyps, diverticulitis, etc

WHAT IS IT? HELP

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Since most of the investigations that have been done, are within normal limits so far, it indicates that your pain could be a functional disorder like irritable bowel syndrome or due to malabsorption syndrome (the probable cause of your weight loss).

You might consult with a gastroenterologist, who can go through the investigation findings and provide proper treatment and advice.
