I have pains in my stomach (spasms) and its worst at the top of my stomach. I also have a metalic taste in my mouth. If I lie on my left hand side it hurts and its stopping me sleeping. I went to see my Dr who never did any tests and has put it down to IBS but I have regular bowel movements and dont have diorehea or constipation. Any ideas?
