hello, my name is lyfe stewart, i am 14 and im worried if i have testicalular cancer.

for the past couple of days, i have felt pain in my right testical and im not sure what is happening that is making my testical hurt. i am a virgin and this is the first time it is happening and i dont know whether it is serious or not. i did some research on this type of cancer and found out it is common to get a lump on one of the nuts. fortunately, i do not, BUT i have pain only on my right testical and it has been worrying me ever since. i have felt my nuts and it feels like the right one is bigger than the left one so im not sure if its serious. please respond asap because i am scared and worried.

ps. i have been masturbating a bit too much (lol) so that might be the case too?

What's the intensity of this pain?

Testicular cancer rarely causes testicle pain.
