Q: Pain in my right testicle

Here's what happened. I was having sex, and kind of holding back from the brink of orgasm (for a long time) when my testicles (both of them) started hurting. When I came my left one stopped hurting, but my right one still hurts. It hurts more when I pee. And is painful to the touch.

Blue balls? Have you ejaculated since then? If you masturbate to ejaculation is should go away.
