It sounds like it may be your gall bladder starting to act up. The best thing to do is get an abdominal ultra sound. Until then watch what you eat. Spicy, fried foods, dairy will all set it off. Things like black pepper, onions, milk, eggs, ice cream, yogurt, gravy... anything with milk. If you have pain coming after eating things like listed above, then i'm pretty sure its a gall bladder issue.
