My name is be belinda i am 18 years old i have really bad pains in my tummy but really low down its like a sharp knife pain what could this be ?

could be ovulatory pain when egg is released, bladder infection,or a vaginal infection or PID. It needs to be checked. There are more serious things that it could be. It requires a thorough checkup with a gyn md.
