Hi, over the past 2 weeks i have been experiencing pain in the lower right stomach, right hip and lower back. i have also noticed that my muscle in my stomach in that area seems bigger than the left side and seems to raise up at times....can literally see the shape of the muscle (long sausage!!) the pain isn't terrible, just annoying, do you have any idea what it could be?
