Q: pain in lower right stomach

A little over a week ago I started having pain in my lower right stomach about half way between middle of my stomach and side. The pain is constant but not unbearable. for the past few days I have had little twinge fillings in lower stomach strait under belly button. Does anyone know what this could be?

just now I had same pain in the same location on the left side when I was walking down the hall.
