Q: pain in lower part of head

I had a neck injury several years ago and have always suffered from headaches. For the past week I have had very sharp pains and pressure in the lower right back side of my head that travels all the way to my eye at times. I alway feels very warm and there are tender spots at the base of my skull and behind my ear. I have also had two nose bleeds that only bleed from my left side.
