Extremely eHealthy
Sharp pain at the rib cage especially on the left side of your breast bone, where the ribs connect to the breastbone, can indicate an inflammation of cartilage, known as costochondritis.

nah. its nothing you just pulled a muscle, kiddo. Ice massage(with an ice cup. Just fill up a little paper cup with water then put it in the freezer. when it is frozen take it out and you have a frozen surface to massage you hurt areas.) it twice a day for 20 minutes. Have a hot tub? if not get one. then get it the hot tub. oh. for how ever long you want to
