Q: pain in lower intestine

Over a year ago i started getting extrutiating pain in my lower belly. This pain came and went - most frequently at night. Such terrible pain that it woke me up and i could not get back to sleep without taking painkillers. The last months it had dissappeared so i was relieved but has now come back again 2 days ago. I noted what i had eaten that day: lots of bread, porridge, fish rice and spinach. Could it be a lactose allergy. Went to gynocologist to rule that out and also went to a doctor who did an ultrascan on the intestines and didn't find anything. I have no problem with stool - no constipation or diahrea. Please help Sad

Woman with lower abdominal pain besides being examined for bowels problems, should be checked for urinary disorder such as a bladder or kidney problem, and different conditions related to womb, tubes and ovaries.
