hi,
I've had a very bad lower back pain for over 3 weeks. I've tried everything and it's only getting worse,it feels like it might be a knot. When i change the position of my back from slouched to straight or vice versa its painful, and i can't locate the exact place of the pain either because it's pulling the muscles near it. It isn't because of bad posture, I first got in in gymnastics practice when I twisted the wrong way. Now I'm feeling pain develope in the other side of my back too:/
-thanks

Back pain
Can be a real problem. First get it checked with some expert and get a fare idea about it. It can be anything from muscle's strain, or spinal abnormality.
Ignoring back pains can create a big issue. Also you can try inversion therapy too for this. As this is just beginning you can be fully well.
