Q: Pain in lower abdominal

its my third month of pregnancy and i m having pain in my lower abdominal. i consult with my docter and they took the ultrasound and after that they told me that my baby is a little bit moved from its possition and it will come to its place by itself. i just have to take rest. docter actully i had a blod clot in my unrine. so i m little nervous. docter i need your adviced to know that am i having normal pregnancy, is these things which are happening to me are ok.

Am really not sure about that but just know that you can always get a second opinion. Maybe another doctor and give you some better advice.
