Q: Pain in low tummy

I woke up today with a tenderness in my stomach. Its really low about 3 inches away from my crotch and far over on the right side about an inch from the crease of the leg. Its tender to touch, and when I walk it pulls a bit and hurts. Its not period pain as I just got over that a few days ago. And no i'm not pregnant as i just said i got off my period a few days ago. And I took a test yesterday just for fun and it was negative. I've also had mild diareah with cramping that only goes away once I take a poop and it hurts to push to take a poop, and lower back pain. I've also been really tired the past couple of days, and not sleeping well.

This is about the best I can do for showing where it is. (Its not me, its just a drawing with the area of pain pointed out.)

Any ideas what this is? or how to relieve it? I dont have a car, or insurance so i cant go to a doctor. I dont have money either, we just paid bills and wont have money till next month.l

urinary disorder maybe
If my anatomy is correct, for a woman, it may either be a urinary infection which has made its way up towards your kidneys or it may also be a kidney stone. only thing i can say is that if it burns when you urinate it is most likely an infection...i think for a kidney stone you have a constant pain in that area (right or left lower back). Hope this helps. If it is an infection you would have to get a prescription for antibiotics. Try and drink a lot of fluids!! orange juice may be the best, the reason is because this is very acidic and may change the pH of the urinary tract and help in killing off the bacteria. Also it will help flush out the urinary tract. It is much cheaper than seeing a doctor. But please see a doctor, an infection is nothing to fool around with once it gets to your kidneys, there can be permanent damage to them. So please see a doctor as soon as possible.
