Past three days, stomach ache and tightness in chest, usually after I eat something... Not heartburn, just tightness mostly on the left side of my chest.goes across side to side, no burning, a little burpy but not much. Happens about 10-15 minutes after eating.. Today I had a bagel and cream cheese, some grapes and a nectarine. I thought about lactose from the cream cheese, but that doesn't seem to be it. other symptoms (tenderness, lots of gas, fullness/bloating and the chest pain under the breastbone), although the websites have looked at list pain for gallbladder is on the right side, not the left. Mine will go across to the right, but starts mainly at the left side sometimes back to left shoulder.

Any ideas appreciated!
