pain in left testicle

Hi,

From past few year i am facing problem of pain in left testicle,i have consult to doctor but no response they give some medicine its give time period relief , so tell me about these Sever attack & how to cure these disease ,second thing that my sperm become so light theres no sticky or oily part. whenever i see some moving after few second my penis become so hot sperms come out , these make unsatisfactory of sex with my patner
so please me so that my problem should solve
