Hello.
I have had a pain in my left testicle for over a year now, i have been the doctors 3 times who have checked my testicles and have said that its not cancer, i have even had a ultrasound and nothing came up. I have been on antibiotics which didnt help the pain. So why am i still getting pains, i have had it for over a year and it hasnt got any better.
Also is this Normal....I check my testicles regurally and im not sure if this is normal but i have like a sack of worms on the top and bottom of my left and right testicles. I know you should have some on the bottom of your left one, but should you have them on the top of the left and top and bottom of the right testicle.
The pain is mainly in the left testicle but i do get some dull pains on the right testicle and sometimes get bad pains in my stomach.
Can anybody help me with this??
Thanks

Could be due to a varicocele (varicose veins within the scrotum), and which are usually apparent on a scrotal ultrasound.

If you have not done so already, you might want to consult a Urologist.
