Q: pain in left side under ribs

im having severe pain under my left side of my ribcage, i slid about 5 feet and lacerated my shoulder, and stomach on the left side, i got my wounds cleaned up but im having major pain still from my spleen area. its very swollen, tender, and hurts very bad to move.. sit,, stand, lie down, cough, should i go to the er?
