Mine pain has happened before. It comes and goes...this time, starting yesterday up till this moment. I feel pain in my stomach on the left side. the pain occurs lower than my ribs, not right under them. It's a constant pain that got worse when I ate dinner. I received almost no sleep last night because of the pain. I did find out the pain relieves some when you sleep on your side... I ate very healthy yesterday and avoid milk at all costs. I can't imagine what i could have but i have problems with gas and left side pain regularly.
I wish someone would please help me.
I'm 15 and it's really affecting everything I do. I can't concentrate in school and be friendly cause the pain is so bad. My stomach bloats very easily and my stomach becomes very tender.
I have had an ultrasound on my gallbladder and they said it was fine.
3 out of 4 of my grandparents have diabetes.
My aunt has crones.
3 of my 20-something year old cousins have irratal bowel syndrome.
please,
if anyone has any clue to what my problem might be, please help. I would appreciate it so much.

Left abdominal pain that gets worse after eating can be due to irritable bowel syndrome, or due to pancreatitis.
At your age is more possible that you are experiencing symptoms of IBS, but,it will be a good idea to ask for testing the pancreatic function.
