I have been dieting for 6 weeks,. I have lost 23 pounds in weight. Over the last 3 weeks, i have noticed a very uncomfortable pain in my left rib cage. This pain goes from the front all the way round. It sometimes feels like something (an organ of some kind) is popping in and out (the best way i can explain this). This pain gets worst when i sit and is even more excrutiating when i drive. i havent had any accidents and i dont have any breathing difficulties???

Can you help?
