Q: Pain in left ovary ?

I'm 20. It started when I suspected my yeast infection had came back after all those antibiotics I had taken before. And I noticed I've had this throb like pain in my left ovary I think or my urinary tract that goes on and off. It kinda throbs randomly. I also thought I had a UTI because I was going to pee too frequently, but there was no pain. I think when I pee...well at the very end of it when it trickles I see a cloudy white-like substance dropping down into the toilet within my urine.

I went to the doc and I had a pee-test done. He told me my pee wasn't normal, but it wasn't bad either. I'm 2 days away from finishing my antibiotic he prescribed, and I still see the cloudy drip at the end.

I'm scared. I don't know what it could be. I'm hoping that its just paranoia and that the white cloudy stuff is from me leaning back to look at my urine and the urine had dripped off my vaginal opening and collected some yeast or something.

There's a throb in my lower left back too. And I hope its not ovarian cancer. I've had two paps with 2 different gynos within the last two months. They checked everything and they said my ovaries were fine.

It sounds like you are having an urinary tract infection.
Having to urinate more frequently is a symptom of bladder infection.
Cloudy urine is usually caused by bacteria being present in the urine, due to infection of urinary tract.
Lower abdominal discomfort or pressure with cramping pain in the pelvic and back area are all symptoms of UTI.
If you are susceptible to yeast infection, the antibiotic use can bring one, and this vaginal discharge can add to the urine looking cloudy.
