Q: pain in left arm and shoulder

this may kinda sound like a weird question but i keep having a sharp stabbing pain in my left arm, shoulder, thigh and both hips. it hurts all the time but mostly when i am sleeping or resting it. it might be a muscle strain but i dunno bc i've tried resting it. sorry to bother u guys i was just wonderig if anyone knnew what it could be. its been like this for about 2 months now. thanks for anyone who trys to answer and help i appreciate it.

Hi erin04 and welcome to ehealth...Try sleeping on your other side...Sometimes if you make it a habit of sleeping on one side only, you can strain your muscles...I know, I have done this...Good luck and hope this helps...
