After so many diagnostic procedures doctor may not found the precise cause for the abdominal pain but at least they excluded serious conditions like: stomach tumor, peptic ulcer, bowel cancer, ulcerative colitis, ileus, Chroh's disease etc. Whatever caused that abdominal pain it was probably nothing serious.
Do you still feel the same pain?
