I'm 21 years old and I started to exercise regularly a little over a month ago. A couple weeks ago I started to experience pain in my ankles when I was running or jumping rope then it got worse and now it's my knees too and it's not just when i exercise it's painful even just to walk. what do you think the problem is and is there anyway I can keep working out without doing more damage?

Are you warming up and stretching enough? I always warm up and stretch afterwards. I also like to massage my knees beforehand and it works great. Try to avoid any activity until you heal. Maybe you could avoid jumping exercises and running and stick to an elliptical machine or a stepper. They are better for your joints. You can supplement with glucosamine, it is wonderful for your joints.
