Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

Headache (very sharp pain in the right side of the head) can be a benign coital headache. Sexual activity or orgasm can trigger a headache. However other causes such as glaucoma of right eye, low blood sugar, high blood pressure, anemia, sinus infection and smoking should be looked into.

It is difficult to give a confirmed diagnosis on net without examining. Please consult your PCP or eye specialist. Hope this helps. Take care!
