A few nights ago i fell while climbing something. And since then i have had an extreme pain in my foot, especially when i walk. It is around the 4th and 5th metatarsal. the pain is mainly on the top. there is no bruising, but a little bit of swelling on the side of my foot. And it's tender to the touch. I'm just not sure whether this is something home treatable or not.
