Natural solution
Hi dallasgirl86

I first got PF when I was 22 as well. Went for a mile walk in flip flops. What a stupid idea. So I went to the doctor and she told me it was PF and it wouldn't just go away, but would take a LONG time to heal. She advised that I stretch, get orthotics, and "take it easy." Now as a 22 year old, "taking it easy" wasn't going to cut it. I used to love walking and jogging, and couldn't do it any longer. So I went through the motions: got orthotics, started stretching, icing, everything. Nothing worked. So I went to a podiatrist and got as many cortisone injections as I was allowed, went to physical therapy, had custom orthotics made, got new shoes. NOTHING! I even tried, just last year, z-coil shoes, and that actually made it worse.

Happily, I've FINALLY found relief. But it's from the inside. I started taking phenomenal supplements that have not only helped me with my feet, but everything else. If you're open to hearing more, just PM me and I'd be glad to talk to you about exactly what I did.

Good Luck!

Courtney

If it is plantar fasciitis, be sure to follow a rigid regimin of exercises for this condition. Also be sure to ice the foot daily. I use a frozen water bottle that I roll under the foot for about 15 minutes. It really works wonders.
