Q: Pain in calves

I have a strong tight pain in both of my calves which is more painful at times than others. Most of the time it really hurts to even walk and more movement/excercise does not seem to relieve it. Is this a symptom of PAD? I have seen commercials on television, but do not really know thast much about it.

Muscular Tightening
My calve muscle tightens up (left only) and turns ROCK hard, it takes a couple of minutes for it to stop tightening, is very painful and after an attack it takes days for the pain/discomfort to dissipate. It just started happening with my toes (left also) and I am starting to sense it going to happen in my fingers.

I have been taking Valacyclovir for the last 16 years (compliments of my EXhusband). Is there possibly a link?

I am getting concerned that I may be developing a disorder, affliction, illnessâ?¦

I am done having my children and now in my forties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
