Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you had breast cancer 2 years back and are on Tamoxifen and also having breast pain then you should go back to your cancer specialist. The pain can be an indication of tumor response. However this needs to be confirmed by the specialist.

The pain in the breast may not be due to tumor response. The pain can be due to blocked lymphatic drainage, fibroadenosis, or recurrence of cancer.

Please do not delay further and consult a cancer specialist. Hope this helps. Take care!
