frist of april may one week am an abortion and am still feeling pain in my belly, can you tell me why.

The pain you feel after abortion implicates that the uterine mucosa might not be healed yet. It might take up to two weeks for the pain to disappear. If it persists longer than two weeks after abortion, then you might want to visit your gynecologist for uterine revision.
