Well i've been suffering for about 3 years now with headaches now I don't like to call them headaches cause before these so called headaches i've never had one in my entire 23 years of living.. It typically starts at the base of my skull almost like a smiley face and it hurts almost like a tense pain I have crazy post nasal drip I can feel constantly.. I have facial pain forehead, between the eyes sometimes cheekbone area, stuffy nose. Typically I can wake up and not be in pain but as the day goes by it progressively gets worse by the end of the night when im ready for bed or to relax it starts to hurt.. but for the past 4 days its constant pain in my neck and etc.. I haven't been to a dr for this yet I don't have health insurance and i'm almost afraid of what it is.. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks and imma major hypochondriac pretty much my whole life lol yay for me.. I thought they were just tension headaches but it just doesn't seem right to me cause it doesn't hurt so much in my neck just the base of my skull. I'm putting my story out there in hopes theres others who can relate and I can feel a little bit better about it! So looking forward to hearing from you thanks!

Do you have all that symptoms along with headaches or just the headaches for 3 years?
Were symptoms of post nasal drip, face pain, stuffy nose preceded with allergy or common cold?

Always all the symptoms! =( I post nasal drip constantly.. My neck and facial pain gradually during the day get worse towards the night i'm in pain on a scale 8 out of 10 easily, Some days are better than others. I've looked on the internet and seen some thing's about CSF leaks but I really hope and pray that it's nothing along them lines but for 3 years of suffering I know it just can't be as simple as a sinus problem. *crosses fingers that it is* lol I'm currently trying to get health insurance but until them i'm lookin to try to find some answers so I can be educated enough when I go to the dr's to tell them thing's I believe so I know where to start! Thanks so much!!

You need to be checked for sinusitis, cause you have characteristic symptoms.
Headache and facial pain associated with sinusitis is usually felt over the sinuses, (forehead, corners of the eye, and cheek areas). On occasion, the pain can be felt behind the eyes, in the back of the neck, or may extend into the upper teeth.
Head movement usually worsens this headache.
A dull ache or feeling of fullness, or pressure-like headache that starts after an individual is up and about in the morning, then lasts until late in the afternoon, is a feature of chronic sinusitis.

Are you an allergy sufferer?
Have you been examined for nasal or sinus obstructions?

CFS Leak
went to neurologist they other day and he told me it was CSF leak look it up it sounds exactly like what you have. The post nasal drip may be spinal fluid leaking out of your nose. This is not life threatening, more common than you would think, and can be fixed do some research on it.
