for the past week i have been having pain in the back of my head/throat/neck when swallowing. i know that's not really specific but it's truly hard to explain. some symptoms: dry throat, pain on swallowing, headache, sometimes my ears hurt, jaw's sore (maybe from "popping" ears) no fever, achey in shoulders and head. is it possible an ear infection, middle or inner ears? or sinusitis? any ideas?????? Confused

It could be allergies or a slight cold or even a sinus infection. Do you have post-nasal drip? You might want to go to the doctor to get it checked out because your symptoms could be anywhere from allergies to infection of your sinuses and/or ear infection, which will have to be treated.
