Q: Pain in back of head?

Beginning about 6 months ago, I started experiencing very bad headaches on almost a daily basis. I went to the doctor and they gave me medication for it but it didn't seem to help at all. One day I had to go to the emergency room because they were so bad. I got a CT scan and a spinal tap done and they said there wasn't anything wrong with me. They seemed to go away for a while, but now I'm experiencing a slightly different kind of pain. It's in the back of my head and it's not excruciating, but it's very annoying and just feels uncomfortable. I experienced this pain alongside with the migraines a few months ago but my doctor didn't seem to concerned with it. Also, along with this pain, I feel like there's a "popping" feeling inside my head, I know that sounds weird and doesn't make any sense, but I don't even know how to explain it. Every time I go to the doctor, they don't act concerned about it. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks so much for reading my question and I appreciate any response!

What is the character of the pain you feel (piercing, throbbing, electric shock like pain)?
Is it located only at the back of the head, or it spreads upwards?
Do you have some additional symptoms, too?

I know this is awful, I'm a nursing student and I can't even describe this pain, but it's not so much an all day continuous pain, throughout the most of the day it's just kind of an awkward feeling but when the pain comes it's kind of numb/tingly. Just annoying, that's the only way I can think to describe it. But then other times it's just a sharp pain. Do you have any idea what it could be? And thank you for your response.
