I get pain in both right and left arms when not using them! It is worse than just my arms falling asleep. They wake me up after just after a few hours of sleep, and I have to start using my hands and fingers again just to make the pain go away. This takes half an hour or longer. Than after a few minutes of not using them, they start hurting again. If I stay busy all day, I have no pain... until i'm sleeping.
