Q: Pain in abdomin after sex

Hi! I'm new here but I have something going on with my stomach that I'm concerned about. 3 days ago, while my boyfriend and I were having sex, I climaxed and felt a sharp pain in my left abdominal muscle area. It happened when I was kinda like bearing down. The pain went away but later that night, it came back as a dull ache. Now the pain is pretty bad and is extending into my lower back. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and myofascia in the past...as well as a stomach ulcer. I can still eat okay but I find that I become slightly nauseated...esp after I drink alcohol. Can someone please help me? I don't know if I gave myself a hernia or what I did during sex! It burns a little bit with the pain. Any answers would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!

I had the same problem a while back (pain, burning, nausea) and it turned out to be cysts in my ovaries. I would see a doctor. Might not be cysts (and I hope not) but its better to be safe.
