I'am a 35 year old male who has had my appendix out recently about a year almost. My question is ever since my surgery I get a sharp pain in my abdomain before having to go to the restroom and have a bowl movement. Is this because of my appendix surgery or am I in trouble?

Where is the abdominal pain precisely located?
Did you notice any changes in the stool (blood, parasites, mucus...)?
Appendix removal surgery can case post-operative complications if peritoneal adhesions are formed.
