Q: Pain from specific positions during sex

my problem is that if in case i have sex for more than twic in a week my knee starts paining and it is severe and if i abstain from sex the pain disappears in ten days time just wanted to know if there is a medical related problem and should i seek a doctors advice

It doesn't seem likely that there can be any direct relation between sex and pain in the knee. There might be a connection between your body position during the sex and the knee. Maybe you prefer such body positions during the sex where the knees bare greater physical weight.





You could try having sex without using the knees, for example, with your wife on top.
