pain from my upper and mid abdomen to my umbilical area

I had an incisional hernia repair done in 2008 with mesh and had another surgery done in 2010 for removal of foreign body subcutaneous tissues because of infection and also possible abdomen-hernia umbilical repair that was left alone for the time being. Everything has been great until more than a week ago i had to carry a heavy bag down the street and now i'm in pain from my upper and mid abdomen area to my umbilical area and bladder area AND THAT AREA,what can be going on... PLEASE HELP!
