I've had this symptom for at least a few years but it's never been as bad as earlier today. I get a sharp shooting pain which goes from my left testis up into my grain, any movement or touching it aggravates the pain. Normally the issue only lasts a few minutes and it maybe flares up once every month or two. I'm 25 and perfectly healthy and in reasonable good shape

Any ideas on what it could be? Possible prostate issue?
