I'm 23 weeks pregnant and have been getting severe stomach and back pain, This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've never experienced this before!!
I can feel baby move while in pain but I'm worried as I don't know what could be causing it or if it's normal!!

This is absolutly normal, infact its the most common thing with pregnancy, I certainly experienced this, it all depends on the weight of the baby, postion of the baby and angle, the baby is growing at a faster rate now. So is therefore putting pressure on your back and causing all sorts of pain
