The symptom of pain in the eyes might be related to watching intense flashing lights, watching or reading when not having sufficient light, or prolonged watching, especially if it is expected for you to go to sleep and rest your eyes.
What might be recommended is: rest your eyes from watching TV and the computer or other screens, and provide enough light in the working and living environment. If this does not help you, and within 10-14 days the pain significantly increases, then you might want to visit an ophthalmologist.
