I am a 38 year old man who has had several sexual partners throughout my life, and have been dating my current girlfriend for eight years. Ever since we first started having sex, I have noticed pain (a burning sensation on my entire penis) when I ejaculate. I have only had this problem with her, not any of my previous sexual partners. When I use a condom, there is no pain. An easy answer would be to use a condom every time we have intercourse, but I would still like to know the cause of this problem. If any one can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
